Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment may be made as follows:
We accept all Debit Cards and Credits Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and American Express. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to proceed with your payment.
By cheque made payable to Quality Lighting and Home. Your order will not be despatched until the cheque is cleared; this may take up to 7-10 working days, depending on your bankers. We will however confirm clearance of funds when the order is despatched.
Shipping And Handling
All orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge unless otherwise stated. The correct carriage charge will be calculated as part of the checkout process.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to process your order right away.
Stock items will be despatched within 72 hours at the latest indeed most items within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will be advised (electronically) of delivery within hours of placing the order. Once the goods are despatched you will be notified and in most cases given our carriers tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
All orders are despatched on a 'next working day' basis
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
For 100% security we use Streamline Merchant Services to process your credit/debit card details. After placing your order you will be taken to their website to enter your card details. We do not hold these details nor at any time do we see them. This gives you complete confidence that you are purchasing from a totally secure website

Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Quality Lighting and Home within 48 Hours of receipt. Arrangements for the collection of faulty or incorrect goods will be made by Quality Lighting and Home. An order may be cancelled up to 48 Hours from the day after date of receipt. Prior notification must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Quality Lighting and Home
If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Unsuitable items can only be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used, installed and are in the original packaging. The cost of returning unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer
